All merchandise is packaged securely to ensure safe and worry-free delivery.

Orders are shipped via DHL or Canada Post.

Shipping will take about 3–10 business days (Canada & U.S.).

Complimentary shipping is offered on orders above $149.99 CAD.

International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes associated with their order.

Noble Jade Collection assumes no responsibility for such charges. We recommend reviewing the import policies of your country prior to purchase.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Orders cannot be modified once submitted.

Noble Jade Collection is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order is marked “delivered” or “in transit” by the carrier, Noble Jade Collection is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to open a claim directly with the shipping provider.
