48-Hour Grace Period for Reporting Damages or Issues
While we uphold a strict no return/no exchange policy, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, especially in cases involving damaged or defective products upon delivery. To address these rare situations, Noble Jade Collection provides a 48-hour grace period starting from the delivery date. During this time, we encourage customers to promptly report any issues or damages with their purchase for our team to resolve.
Process for Reporting Damages or Issues
If you encounter an issue with your purchase within this 48-hour window, please follow these steps:
- Immediate Contact Required: Please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your item. Contact us at support@noblejadecollection.com and include your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue. We recommend attaching clear photographs that show the problem.
- Evaluation and Resolution: Upon receiving your report, our team will promptly assess the situation. If we determine that the issue is due to a fault on our part, we are committed to providing an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or in exceptional cases, a refund.
Limitation of the Grace Period
After the 48-hour grace period expires, Noble Jade Collection will no longer accept claims related to damages or issues with the product. We encourage customers to inspect their purchases immediately upon receipt.
Restock Fee and Store Credit Policy
In cases where a return is accepted under exceptional circumstances, please note the following:
- Restock Fee: A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to the returned item.
- Store Credit: Customers will receive 100% store credit for the item's cost, minus the restock fee. This store credit can be used for future purchases at Noble Jade Collection.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover damage or issues resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges based on personal preference or change of mind.
